Adequate stay with a few concerns

easy access quick replies damp issues overpowering smell

The location offered easy access to public transportation. There was a tram stop right nearby. The staff replied to texts quickly and helped in any way they could. The room was equipped with water, tea, coffee, and cookies. Shampoo, bodywash, and body lotion were available.

The room had DAMP issues. There was a HUGE patch in the corner. The smell was overpowering in the room, and all of my things were tainted with the smell when I returned home. It needs to be dealt with as it's unhealthy longer term to sleep in a room with damp.

handsome building useful shop good transport

the building had a handsome design. i found useful shops and restaurants nearby. transport was good, with the tram and bus easily accessible.

the shower temperature dial did not work correctly.

false information noisy environment

The laundry and ironing service was listed, it was totally false. the shared lounge area had staff members doing housework. it was quite noisy. I could not sleep after 8am without ear plugs. considering the price and amount of misleading information provided, it seemed like a scam.
